What is Dogu ,an idol or ancient astronaut?
The legends speaks about shamans ,transfering pain and illiness into the figure and then smash it ,releasing de pain .Or, it was used to capture evil spirits inside?!The Dogu statues were made by Jorom people and dated about 5000 BC.
I read that Dogu sometimes is used to exorcise evil and vindictive spirits.For example people who get paralyzed in their sleep can be released from the curse by placing Dogu at bedside and praying to the god of Dogu.
The idol is also useful in resurrection of the dead,relief from illines and spiritual recovery.
In the terrestrial sense ,it has the function of Pluto ,which is the governing planet of birth,death,and resurrection.
In the picture is Sunglassed Dogu-depicts the god of Pluto, and serve as the Himorogi (helper) to the god.
-The second theorie is that Dogu is an extra-terresterial ,ancient astronaut!

Pluto it seems was discovered in 1930 by Tombaugh, Clyde.

I wonder where one can get one of those Dogu. Maybe it might scare away pesty door to door salesmen.
