Frater, its not just a ratio thing.....you start getting invites when you have downloaded 10GB and have a ratio of at least 1.

I should start getting invites soon, I have plenty of ratio I just haven't downloaded enough.

But because of a post I made on their forums one of the mods gave me 5 invites (their mods are awesome, always quick to answer stuff and on top of their shit).

So if you're interested in an invite drop me a PM with your email address.

I will be giving these out based on a combination of occ seniority and upload potential. By upload potential I mean pdfs and files that you have either scanned or obtained yourself or through other non-public sources. Anything from a public torrent is probobly going to be up there already.

I'm including the top 24 requests on the site based on votes. If you have any of them it'll automaticly get you an invite.

I'll wait a few days before I send them out so that everyone who wants one can get a chance (I have no idea how popular this will be)

Hello everyone! I'm glad to see the interest in theoccult.bz I'm one of the staff members over there and was looking around online for various blog/forum postings about the site when I stumbled across this one.

I wanted to let everyone know that we have increased our number of maximum users available without invites from the info that was posted in this thread. Earlier in this thread it was posted that:

We have reached our maximum open signup limit (8,500). We now require an invite to join.

This WAS true, but since that point in time we have increased the maximum number of users. The current maximum number of users allowed without invites is 15,000. As of the time that I'm writing this we have about 1500 open spots for registration that do not require an invite...but we also have many new people signing up every day, so I'd recommend signing up sooner rather than later.

You are still free to use your invites at any point in time that you'd like, if you have a friend that you want to invite or anything like that. However, I personally suggest while registration is still open, making the most of open registration and saving your invites for times when registration is by invite only.

This is a great resource for the Occult indeed. I have one thing to add, I put together a 32G Digital Occult library which i bought a massive usb flash drive for (my library fits in mah pocket!)... It was very easy to do and I searched for this but did not find too many references for it here. If this is not the proper place for this post i apologize for my NOOBieness... Anyhow, if you search for "Digimob torrent" in google or wherever you can find this group has put together MANY torrents brimming with occult texts from all the AA rituals to far more obscure texts. I hope this helps, again I amassed a respectable digital library full of more than i could ever read using these torrents. =)
